Please join Jerusha for these two interactive workshops where we’ll explore different tools for building practices that catalyze healing, joy, evolution in self, the Earth and our Human family. For 18 years, Jerusha has been participating in Ceremony in her daily life and with trusted Elders to nourish the direction and quality of her life. Ceremony is a deliberately created ritual, which offers routes to meaningful connection. Experience has taught Jerusha that potent Ceremony exposes our brilliance and supports our challenges.
These Ceremonial Workshops include Drumming and Forrest Inspired Yoga, and will present tools for those interested in drawing in and deepening transformative habits. All welcome! Please wear comfy clothes and bring paper/pen.

Working with the Four Directions

Calling to the Four Directions is an ancient ceremony of mapping life and gathering guidance that is practiced worldwide. Woven predominantly from Lakota and Meshika traditions, this workshop will interact with the four cardinal directions as the teachers they are. We will explore the different flavors of energy, elements and lifecycle lessons that emerge as you move around the compass in this curious, open way. Setting ceremonial space, different styles of communicating with the directions, as well as approaching this ceremony individually and in groups will be played with. This workshop includes Drum, Meditation, and a Forrest-Inspired Yoga Practice designed to help us go deeper into this exciting investigation.
